OSI manages the traditional and IP telephony services of companies with 8 to hundreds of employees. In 1U rackable 17.2"Width & 11.3" or 9.8"Depth form factor (the size of your regular 1U rackmount 24 - 48-port network switch). Based on customer requirement and choice of open source telephony software, it natively integrates all the services that enable a company to offer an efficient answering service to its customers:

Management of inbound calls with announcements, greeting messages and music-on-hold to supplement or completely replace a dedicated receptionist. Upgradeable voice mail system, with answering machine option (virtually unlimited voice mailboxes per device)

A powerful and user-friendly interactive interface and voice server with your choice open source telephony software.

These appliances are pre-configured locally prior to dispatch to customer site. However, other optional installation services are available. OSI IPBXes have a homogeneous architecture and can be upgraded seamlessly, by adding hardware and software. It evolves, grows, and follows the needs of businesses while preserving the investment.
