While OSI Technical Support is available for OSI customers with product warranties or service contracts, users of other technologies and open source solutions also require assistance in a professional capacity at great rates and can also access Openforum for support.

In order to receive installation assistance with an OSI product purchase, please provide adequate information at the time of product purchase or update your registration online or with a technical support agent if you did not do so. When seeking support for T1 or E1 connections, please be prepared to provide detailed information regarding the kind of equipment or service that is being connected to the OSI product, and how the service or equipment is provisioned. In order to help you troubleshoot any problems remotely, our technicians may need root (Unix/Linux) or administrator (Windows) level access to your machine over the Internet. Be prepared to provide login information (including IP address and a temporary login password) if requested.
